The Eden Hotel Jerusalem is a clean and quaint little hotel situated in a quiet neighborhood. The staff (especially Ruth) is friendly and extremely helpful. They arranged tours for us, helped us with the bus routes and even left a bottle of wine in our room when they learned we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Wow! What kind of hotel does that? One that treats you like family!
Review for Eden Jerusalem hotel
I want to tell you how much my wife and I enjoyed staying at your hotel during our visit to Jerusalem. We found our room clean and well maintained.
The breakfasts were delicious.
But the thing we appreciated the most was the cheerfulness and attentiveness of the staff.
We especially appreciated the help given to us by Lynn, Polly, and Ruth, who went out of their way to help us when we lost some of our belongings. When we left a bag at the Ben Gurion Airport, they arranged to send a taxi there to pick it up and looked after all the formalities of paying the driver, giving him the baggage claim ticket, a photocopy of my passport, and a letter of permission to pick up the bag. When I later lost my wallet in a taxi, they immediately got in touch with the driver and arranged for its return with all papers, cards, and money intact. Because of their unstinting help, situations which could have caused us endless trouble were taken care of competently, sparing us a great deal of anxiety.
I enthusiastically recommend your hotel, a great bargain in Jerusalem. If we ever get a chance to return to Jerusalem, we will certainly stay with you.

Awesome Experience
I have travelled quite extensively over the years and had the absolute pleasure of visiting Israel for my 5th time this year. When looking for accommodation i wanted a bed and breakfast hotel to stay at as we would be out all day seeing the sites and enjoying what is an incredibly special city. When looking on the internet i stumbled across this hotel and after deliberation made contact with the hotel to secure a booking. From the moment our booking was initiated the experience began:
The level of professionalism surrounding our booking and requests was exceptional.
I may add that our booking was for 21 days and it was the best time i have yet to experience in Israel.
Line, finalized our booking and communicated with us via email before our journey commenced,
A taxi was arranged for us to collect us on arrival.
Travelling with a child sometimes has its challenges but i must say the service of the taxi on arrival and the seamless check in process was exemplary.
The cost of the accommodation including the breakfasts was exceptionally reasonable and what a breakfast it was daily.
The accommodation was exceptionally comfortable, but even more so what makes this a absolutely awesome Hotel is the staff.
Line, Ruth, Polly all made an exceptional effort to make our stay memorable and this they achieved. Having two special occasions whilst at the hotel (Birthday and Anniversary), they ensured that we would never forget it.
We developed friendships and a true longing to stay there again.
We intend on returning not only for the phenomenal service but also to revisit the fantastic people who run this establishment.
A true personalized experience that is embedded in our hearts.
